These are the first pictures in the Main Sreet Dallas Series.

This is the original library in Dallas on Main St. and it was the children's library when I was growing up. It is the place where I fell in love with books. Mrs. Rudolph was the librarian then and she's still at the library now. There's a new library now, but this is what I'll always think of when I think of "the library." Below is a picture of the old "Adult" library. My most vivid memory of it was sitting in the upstairs room reading parts of "Forever" by Judy Blume. It took me months to be brave enough to check that book out.

On July 24, 2012 my happily ever after was forever altered when my beautiful 22 year old daughter, Kelci, lost her life in a car accident. Life as I knew it ceased to exist, and now I'm faced with learning how to live again without her here. This is my Kelci Ever After.
