Hidden Park, off Church St., Dallas, PA

This is called hidden park. It isn't used very much and I'm not sure why.
There is a great walking trail, a baseball field, a basketball court and a small playground in the woods.

The only problem with the playground is that it is on the opposite side of a stream and it is a little difficult to get to because there is no bridge, or none that I could find. I was determined to swing on the swings so I found a way to get there.

I tried to jump the creek but I chickened out. It was winter and I'm sure the water was cold and I wasn't about to find out how deep the water was. I had to walk a good distance to get to the swing. I'm intend on finding an easier way!

Getting there was worth it, the swinging was great!

On July 24, 2012 my happily ever after was forever altered when my beautiful 22 year old daughter, Kelci, lost her life in a car accident. Life as I knew it ceased to exist, and now I'm faced with learning how to live again without her here. This is my Kelci Ever After.
